We offer a variety of training formats including webinars, podcasts, and microlearning

Webinar Series

The Firstline Infection Control webinar series focuses on the basics of infection control. These webinars cover topics like how viruses spread, proper cleaning, and how to use personal protective equipment. The content is delivered in plain language with practical applications. Those working in long term care, outpatient settings, public health, and hospitals can all benefit from these webinars. If you are confused about infection control, this is the place to start. Audio Options

These 30-minute audio files (mp3) are suitable to listen to on your computer or mobile device so you can listen and learn while living your best life. The audio recordings are based on webinars that were presented in 2024. Presenters include current infection prevent experts who share evidence-based CDC resources. Topics include, Respiratory Virus Spread, Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection and Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in Healthcare.

Micro-Lessons

These micro-lessons are interactive learning activities to reinforce basic infection control strategies that prevent or stop the spread of germs. Each micro-lesson takes five minutes or less to complete. Current topics include: blood, cough and congestion, draining wounds, gut germs (diarrhea), and rashes.
