Project Firstline, a CDC funded effort, provides educational training on infection control topics aimed at health care workers working in various frontline jobs in Missouri.
The content is easy to understand and apply in your work environment.
We offer a variety of training formats including webinars, podcasts, and microlearning
to get you the information you need in a way that fits your needs and preferred learning style.

Audio Options

These 30-minute audio files (mp3) are suitable to listen to on your computer or mobile device so you can listen and learn while living your best life. The audio recordings are based on webinars that were presented in 2024. Presenters include current infection prevent experts who share evidence-based CDC resources. Topics include, Respiratory Virus Spread, Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection and Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in Healthcare.

Micro-Lessons

These micro-lessons are interactive learning activities to reinforce basic infection control strategies that prevent or stop the spread of germs. Each micro-lesson takes five minutes or less to complete. Current topics include: blood, cough and congestion, draining wounds, gut germs (diarrhea), and rashes.
